Tom’s experience spans 10 years delivering operational efficiency in industrial manufacturing and throughout the hydrocarbon value chain –marrying engineering, big data analytics, and consulting methodology.  He has developed custom algorithms to analyze and optimize manufacturing performance, delivering substantial financial impact to his clients. Tom has led the implementation of a multi-department reporting solution requiring data integration across functions, regions and business units, leveraging his deep market knowledge and providing meaningful insight to clients’ most complex analytics.

At Enite, Tom assists clients in tackling some of their most complex challenges; cost reduction through the implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives, predictive performance analytics, or the development of reporting strategies that provide clear visibility into opaque financial reporting needs.   Most recently Tom supported the development of Enite’s procurement and manufacturing optimization practices.
