Jay brings over 14 years of consulting experience focusing on improving industry and market operations, guiding systems and technology transformations, and enhancing business processes. Over his career, Jay has served clients in industrial manufacturing, consumer products and throughout the energy value chain. Among his accomplishments are steering globally integrated energy companies through market redesigns and changes in various deregulated power markets and serving as lead in regulatory program implementation.

Outside of work, Jay is an avid movie buff, a recreational golfer, and a world traveler along with his wife, Rusha, and daughter, Satya.
