David is a leading consultant with 16 years of experience in both improving operations and adapting to changing market dynamics. David has served industrial manufacturing and the energy value chains – oil and gas majors, utilities, merchant generators, chemical manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, and investors – on many of their most critical strategic and operational improvement challenges. His experience includes post-merger integration, business unit redesign, and value creation through operational levers including strategic sourcing, business process optimization, organizational redesign and pro-forma economics analysis.
At Enite, David is a principal and co-founder. He assists clients in tackling a wide range of opportunities, including corporate strategy, post-merger integration, and portfolio compression and optimization – most recently supporting the development of Enite’s private equity and industrial practices.
In his leisure, David enjoys ongoing education and has participated in online classes for Latin, Manufacturing Operations, and Art History. He serves on the Energy Council for Business Executives for National Security and has volunteered as an operations consultant to a number of non-profit special initiatives throughout the greater Houston area.
